To anyone who has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, our thoughts are with you.  Although we are currently living through a period of uncertainty, we are doing all we can to maintain business as usual at Freedom Pools.
 
Our pool display centres are mostly outdoors and will remain open with the necessary sanitation precautions taken to keep our team and visitors safe. We do however encourage you to telephone in advance to arrange a time to visit. This will assist us in keeping numbers of visitors at any one time within government guidelines.
 
As an alternative to visiting one of our display centres in person, we would be delighted to discuss your new pool requirements and provide you with an accurate and competitive quote remotely by telephone, Facetime, email or Live Chat. Our sales consultants have access to accurate geo-mapping software which can allow them to accurately plan your pool location with you and discuss installation requirements without the necessity of a site visit if that is your preference at this time.
 
As far as onsite work to install your new pool is concerned, we are closely following the site work guidelines provided by HIA (Housing Industry Association) of which Freedom Pools is a member. Building sites meet and exceed Commonwealth and State/Territory Governments’ separation and distancing principles. There are many factors that enable our pool installation sites, our workforce and our supply chains to keep going over the coming months, including the small number of workers on site at any one time, each typically travelling to work in private or business vehicles rather than by public transport.
 
This is all in line with current advice from the Australian government. Should the situation change, we will be acting in line with the Australian government’s and World Health Organisation’s advice and guidance.
