I would like thank Freedom Pools for the outstanding job you have done in installing our pool. Your company was nothing but professional from day one to completion. We had thought about putting a pool in for some time and nearly didn’t do it due to horror stories we have heard from other people who had pools installed, be it turn around times, faults or dodgy workmanship etc etc. I can honestly say I did not want a pool because of those stories as there were no good stories. I actually wanted a new car, but Nik and the kids wanted a pool.

We chose Freedom from at least eight manufacturers / installers and have no doubt whatsoever we made the right decision. The pool is beautiful and completely installed within one month of signing a contract. Since installing I have told dozens of people about your good work and strangely enough I heard one good story in return and it was of course from another Freedom customer.

Toni and her offsider (I apologise I have forgotten his name) were brilliant in the installation. The coping and everything else is pristine. I now look forward to years of family joy in our pool, our children go in every day without fail. I hope I was not an annoying customer but as I mentioned earlier I only heard horror stories. I plan to change that and spread nothing but excellent comments about your company. I almost forgot, your management of this whole project was outstanding, nothing was too hard and was never a problem. So I thank you in particular. If we should move again and require a pool again we will only need to make one phone call. Once again thank you and the entire Freedom team.

Dear Sir / Madam,

We would like to inform you that it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with your Company during the installation and completion of our pool. From meeting the rep at the Exhibition to the hand over of our pool it has all been of the highest standard and each contractor has taken the time to explain the process and made everything seem so uncomplicated.

We got 3 quotes for a pool to be installed and yours was the cheapest but surprisingly no variation in price occurred from the original quote. The reason we are mentioning this is that our daughter installed a pool with another company and had nothing but trouble from start to finish with a blow out cost of over $7,000 and it took 5 months to complete. They were totally unethical in their practices, workmanship was sloppy and unprofessional and because of our daughter’s experience we were very apprehensive starting our own project.

However you proved to be totally ethical and workmanship was of a high standard and always punctual.

Barry and I feel that all too often we are quick to find fault and file complaints but we wanted to make sure we took the time to thank you for the wonderful experience and we will certainly be recommending your Company to others should the opportunity arise.
